Pricing and packages

My tailor-made packages are designed to allow you to choose what level of coaching and assistance you need for you and bubs. For age groups 16 weeks plus this will include a detailed intake form to help me identify the issues that may impact on sleep and a 2 week unlimited follow-up via email or messenger. During the follow up we will discuss any questions you have and progress made as well as adjusting the sleep plan if needed.

The prenatal/newborn age group doesn’t include a 2 weeks follow up as it doesn’t involve sleep training.

12 WEEKS TO 6 MONTHS

  • Transitioning from swaddling
  • Introduction of solids where applicable and how this influences sleep.
  • Weaning of dummies

7 MONTHS TO 12 MONTHS
